Where we deliver

We deliver to the addresses supported at checkout. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact us and we will tell you whether we can help.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as we can. You will receive an email when your order is on its way, with tracking where the service provides it.

Delivery times and charges

• The delivery options, estimated delivery times and prices for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather or peak periods.

Delivery problems

• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
• Delayed or missing parcels: if your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
• Wrong address: please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
